Dumb, dumber, and drivers : how did he get his license?, 2007.

Frost takes a look at the stereotype of Utah's bad drivers in order to understand why such frustrating and often scary stories of bad drivers are perpetuated and passed around. She gathered and analyzed stories from pedestrians and drivers and found that these stories involving dangerous or just plain stupid behaviors are usually passed on for entertainment value.
